Conditionals are all about meeting certain requirments in order to have an action occur. For example if your on P5 you can set an if then statement that says if your mouse is between area X and Y then the screen with be black and if it is outside that are then it will be blue. Logic gates are similar in the way that they interpert information. In order for a logic gate to work it needs to meet certain conditions the same way that conditionals need conditions to meet in order to work
